LENA Start & Read Aloud Delaware
The LENA Start Program is Read Aloud Delaware’s latest initiative to increase child literacy, teaching parents of 0 to 3-year-olds some easy ways they can strengthen the home language environments during this critical phase of child development. WRDE recently interviewed Monica Mandujano, Spanish Coordinator for LENA Start, about the LENA device that helps parents with developing their child’s ability to read.
