In a recent interview, Governor Carney & First Lady Tracey Quillen Carney promoted new Story Walks – interactive story boards that allow children to read books as they walk. There are new stories available each month at Delaware County Library Locations. Governor & Mrs. Carney also encouraged residents to sign up for library cards to take advantage of the many resources available at Delaware libraries.
